What is Beijer Ref like as an employer?

Beijer's people are professionals in their field, constantly developing the refrigeration industry with their expertise and embracing new products and technologies. We continuously train our employees, and our staff's competence is our number one priority. We maintain daily contact with our customers and suppliers, as well as collaborate with other Beijer Ref group companies worldwide.

Our open work environment encourages learning, communication, and collaboration to find solutions even for the most complex challenges. By working together and breathing as one, we can achieve more. Additionally, we encourage each of our employees to prioritise both their physical and mental health, and we also care for our employees during their free time.

We want Beijer to feel like a second home to our employees, where people can work for a long time. Many Beijer Ref employees have been with us for years — some even for decades — and we are pleased about that.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The Sales Representative's responsibilities include actively selling refrigeration accessories, cooling equipment, and heat pumps in the Estonian market. You'll need to respond to inquiries daily, prepare quotations, issue goods from stock to customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and establish new ones. It's beneficial if you're familiar with social media, use it daily, manage it, and can build a presence there.

We welcome you to our team if you are positive, confident, technically savvy, able to use a computer, and comfortable communicating with both customers and colleagues. You must be fluent in Estonian both verbally and in writing, as well as comfortable in English, as technical materials and documentation for equipment and components are predominantly in foreign languages. Knowledge of other languages and previous experience in the refrigeration industry are advantageous.

We offer a pleasant team environment with professionals in the field who support each other comprehensively. We provide training both locally and abroad to broaden horizons and enhance skills. To apply, please send your brief self-introduction to alar@beijerref.ee.
